Doing Chinese calligraphy has influenced my work in ways I don't clearly understand. It's one of the highest forms I've ever encountered. These texts are the Heart Sutra, the Thousand Character Classic, and something else, the name of which I am embarrased to say I have forgotten. Of the two seals, the larger says "The Stony Creek Master," and is my studio seal, and the smaller says "Mirror".
